Basal ganglia and cerebellar white matter tracts of interest. Tracts between the following brain regions were included: (1) Dorsolateral prefrontal cortex to caudate—purple; (2) Primary motor cortex (upper-extremity) to putamen—blue; (3) Substantia nigra to putamen—green; (4) Globus pallidus externa to subthalamic nucleus—red; (5) Superior cerebellar peduncle to primary motor cortex (upper-extremity)—yellow. These tracts were subdivided along the midline into left and right hemispheres for diffusion MRI analyses
