Chromatin and autoimmune gene sets are upregulated in cord blood from ASD subjects. Meta-analysis log2(fold change) for ASD versus TD gene expression was used to rank probes for gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) with WebGestalt. GSEA assesses whether genes in biologically defined sets occur toward the top or bottom of a ranked list more than expected by chance. Significantly enriched gene sets are shown (FDR q < 0.05)
