Correlation between expression levels of MAPK /ERK in the brain and in lymphocytes. Proteins were extracted from the brains and lymphocytes of four BTBR, four B6, and eight F2 mice. The expression and activity levels of MEK and ERK were compared between the brain and lymphocytes of each mouse, using Western blot analysis.
