Positive/negative resting-state functional connectivity in autism. Positive and negative functional connectivity values from a 361 region of interest parcellation were placed into bins (y-axis) for all sites with the ABIDE dataset, ABIDE I, ABIDE II, a combined ABIDE dataset, and a high-temporal resolution replication sample (Utah cohort). Between-group differences were calculated using a general linear model controlling for age, sex, mean head motion, and site in the ABIDE datasets, and age and mean head motion in the site-specific and Utah cohorts. Uncorrected results are reported in the top panel (p < .05). Multiple comparison corrected findings are reported in the lower panel (q (FDR) < .05). Cooler colors represent autism < controls
