Nrxn2α KO mice have increased fractional anisotropy (FA) and axial (AD) and radial diffusivity (RD) in the orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) and the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC). FA was significantly different between wild-type and Nrxn2α KO mice for FA in the OFC (a) and ACC (e), but ADC was not significantly changed in Nrxn2α KO mice in both prefrontal regions (b and f).
