Most behavioral phenotypes are stable upon re-testing Ube3atm1Alb mice in F1 hybrid 129S2-C57BL/6J background. a, c, e–g WT and Ube3am−/p+ mice at initial testing and b, d, e–g upon re-testing. A single cohort of 15 wild-type (8 females, 7 males) and 15 Ube3atm1Alb (8 females, 7 males) mice was used for all experiments. A repeated measures ANOVA or T test was used for statistical comparison of genotypes, as described in the legend of Fig. 1. All data represent mean ± SEM. Significant effects of genotype are indicated as *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001 for genotype significance
