WAVE-1 Western blot. Total cellular protein lysates from neurons derived from patient lines (LS100 and LS300), along with controls and the 690KO line. GAPDH was used as a loading control. The predicted WAVE-1 protein band at ~ 75 kDa is seen in all samples. However, two low molecular weight bands are seen in the LS100 and LS300 samples, which are not seen in controls. One of these bands is barely visible in the 690KO sample. WAVE-1 quantification
