Intron-exon structure of the genes is shown along with sequencing coverage for each exon for proband pools 1 and 2 (PP1, PP2) and their corresponding parental pools (CP1, CP2). The coverage plots were generated using The Integrative Genomics Viewer at Broad Institute [29].
