Linkage disequilibrium structure of SLC25A12 autism associated expression quantitative trait loci. Figure was generated using Haploview and demonstrates the linkage disequilibrium structure of only those autism associated eQTL SNPs. Red shading is according to D’ values and r2 values are provided in the figure. Three haplotype blocks are identified, extending past the boundary of SLC25A12. SNPs in linkage disequilibrium (European, Yorubin and Han Chinese + Japanese) with the SNPs shown here are provided in Additional file 3: Table S3. Four SNPs provide 100% haplotype capture and are also provided in Additional file 3: Table S3. eQTL: expression quantitative trait loci; SNP: single nucleotide polymorphism.
