Correlation analyses of 15q11-q13 copy number and transcript levels. The relationship between the number of genomic copies of 15q11-q13 and transcript levels in all cases showed a predictive positive correlation with GABAA receptor β3 (GABRB3) (a) and ubiquitin ligase 3A (UBE3A) (b), but a negative correlation with small nucleoriboprotein N (SNRPN) (c).
